A Documentary about Friendship, Wheelchair Basketball and Life-changing Moments

The young Israeli Asael, who was victim of a terrorist attack as a child, is looking for his fortune as a wheelchair basketball professional in Germany. In the international team, he meets the Iranian player Ali. Regardless of personal fears and religious differences, an extraordinary friendship develops, which is subjected to many tests on and off the field. For Julian from Hamburg, the world of wheelchair basketball is completely unknown until one day he wakes up in hospital with paraplegia.

"Fourteen and a half collisions tells the story of unusual encounters without any prejudices. Director Guido Weihermüller and his team have created a sensitive documentary that will change the audience's perspectives in many ways."
